Are you tired of being lied to?

And it didn’t quite feel like lying the first time around, did it?

They told you they had a system and you just had to push 3 buttons and all your traffic would be automated.

And you bought it.

And it didn’t work for you.

And you felt like a dunce.

Funny thing, it didn’t work for anyone else, either.

So you went and looked for another system.

And you bought one.

Who’s making money here?

The person who sold you the system.

So... who’s making money online?

Two kinds of people... people selling lies, and people selling real information.

Which is easier to sell?

Lies.

Because if someone comes along and says “this is going to take one year of hard work and you will only be making $1000 per month” you wouldn’t buy that system, would you?

But you would buy the same system if it said “3 clicks and you make $100k next month”

Of course, you are better than that.

You see through them all now.

So what do you do now?

You have 2 choices - keep hunting for something that’s too good to be true.

Or decide you are going to build a REAL internet business.

What does a REAL internet business look like?

It is a business that sells something REAL. It sells something that other people want to buy.

Problem is, it doesn’t happen overnight.

Just like if you decided to open a pizza shop, it wouldn’t happen overnight.

You would have to do market research to find out where in town are there not enough pizza parlors, you would go to all the pizza joints in your area, eat their pizza, decide if it is good or bad, price out all the pizza in town, sit in each pizza joint on a Friday night and count how many customers they have, and maybe even sit in the bushes behind the place and count how many delivery orders go out.

Then you would start looking for a retail location. You would call a real estate agent, or call the phone numbers on the “for rent” signs on the retail locations.

Then once you chose a location, you would put a deposit down and sign a contract for 3 years.

Then you hire a designer or architect to design your pizza parlor. And you would buy pizza ovens. Then you would hire a pizza cook. And a cashier.

And a whole lot more steps, but you get the point.

It is a real business.

And I know you don’t want to hear this.

But an internet business is the same way.

It is a real business.

Not just something you can slap together in 3 clicks.

Stop believing the lies.

You have to do the market research. Does anyone want to buy your great idea? Is there a market for your product?

How are you going to tell people about it?

How are you going to sell it?

You have to have a web site to sell from, just like you lease retail space for your pizza joint. Who is going to build it? What are you willing to pay someone to build it?

If you are technically savvy, are you going to learn to build it yourself? If so, are you willing to work more than one night trying to learn something some people go to college for 2 years to learn how to do?

What about traffic?

Are you going to be willing to buy traffic?

If not, your business is going to grow really slow. Because there is not much good free traffic online, and there are millions of people trying to get it just like you are.

So if you want to build a real business, you really need to plan to buy traffic.

And you generally get what you pay for.

Now, I could go on and on.

But I won’t.

But now I want to ask you this...do you really want to build an internet business?

A real business?

Or do you still want some fake system that is going to make promises that will never come true?

Are you still holding onto some fake hope that a system exists?

Let me say this...it doesn’t.

Let me say it to you straight...

I am going to be blunt.

Fourth, you have to find a way to reach people and get them to your site - this is usually called getting traffic

Fifth, you have to build a relationship with that traffic, so they can get to know you and trust you (people don’t generally buy products online from people they don’t trust)

Sixth, once people start buying your products, you need to find or create additional products for them to buy.

Seventh, you have to test and tweak every part of your campaign to determine what works and what doesn’t so you can maximize sales at every point.

Whoa! You say, that sounds like a lot of work. I thought building an internet business was 1,2, 3 clicks easy. That’s what the other gurus are telling me.

But they are lying to you.

Now at this point, you have a choice.

You can either continue to blindly follow and believe their lies.

Or you can commit to building a real business online.

One that will sustain you and your family for years to come.

One that is a real business that won’t disappear the next time there is a search engine slap or algorithm change.
